About Us - : Quality Policy– Tiranga Agarbatti
To ensure consistent product quality, rigid quality inspection norms were implemented at every stage of production and procurement. Raw material undergoes ‘incoming quality inspection’ at the time of delivery, there are guidelines for the minimum quantity of ‘expensive input material’ (essence etc.) that must be consumed during production of a batch of incense sticks, and sample checks are conducted to ensure that the right quantity goes in each box that reaches the customer.
The competition has increased many folds, yet Tiranga Group has been able to provide products at extremely competitive prices. The company could do so due to its integrated manufacturing approach. Tiranga is probably the only incense stick brand which is manufactured, packaged, and marketed under one roof. Even the packaging material is processed in the same premises in its very own printing press utility. The offset printing press facility is completely dedicated to in house jobs and is equipped with the most modern printing, cutting, pasting, and stacking machines. Presently, the facility is capable of printing more than 50000 boxes per hour.
