Mr. Narendra Sharma
Managing Director
A down to earth person with full of energy, he is the driving and directing force of the company. His ideology is Value Pricing – “Always provide best quality product at the best price”. He firmly believes that a successful brand should consistently provide better quality products, at a value price, and must have a robust service network to effectively address customer grievances. He aims to make the company and its various brands a global success. The intentions are to make the brands available in all the countries that import or have a significant incense sticks requirement.

He is pretty technically oriented and takes care of the business integration activities. Always on a look out for a system which can improve efficiency and cut down on communication, he feels that a free flow of information is essential to have better productivity from people. He aims to make the company one of the most transparent and effective working system by implementing; Online integration of distribution channel (For order booking and consignment tracking), Bar coding of products (Region specific barcodes will be allocated to stop spill over and encroachment of distributor territory, bar coding to help track duplicate products). He is also undertaking development of alternate sourcing points of raw material like china and other overseas markets. This is important to keep the production cost under control and to be able to provide competitive prices.

In-charge of the marketing and distribution functions, he has developed a deep understanding of the customers and the various geographic markets. He is always in touch with the channel and therefore has a close eye on the requirement of the market. He tracks the moves of the competitors and the market shares. He knows what will sell and what will not. All decisions regarding the new product introductions, packaging sizes, promotion schemes for the channel, and advertisement spend are done in his consultation. He is currently working on unique packaging and packet size options of incense sticks to suit every type of need. Few non incense products are also being worked out for better utilization of the distribution channel resources..
